The AGC of Minnesota recognized the Rachel Team with the 2021 CHASE Level 2 status along with Level 3 Projects! Kindeva and the UMN Mech Eng Phase 3 were both CHASE level 3 projects.
This prestigious award speaks volumes to the amount of time and resources that Team Rachel invests on safety training and safety excellence. By having all employees and trade partners engaged in our safety culture, we are able to maintain an incredibly low Experience Modification Rate (EMR) and Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR).
