This project consisted of removing asphalt, curbs, walks, and concrete stairs for exterior improvements to an existing school building which was renovated into an apartment complex. Some of the parking lots were extended, some shortened, existing storm sewer was extended, new storm line and manhole was installed to catch the roof drains to bring to code and prevent them from having to use the sanitary system. Rachel managed all of the exterior improvements including making decisions on the fly with the grades, soil corrections, as well as scheduling the asphalt and concrete paving and turf restoration.
