This public utility project came to life due to the need to extend city sewer and water to the 23 lot Preserve at Lake John Development that Rachel Development will complete Spring of 2024. Rachel utility crews embarked on this journey the second week of June 2023 after road restrictions were lifted. The Rachel Crew was able to complete 12,696 LF of pipe in 8 weeks. This impressive schedule was accompanied with live traffic in both directions along County Road 38 and limited ROW to complete work in. In addition, Rachel crews had to coordinate with Xcel Energy during their transmission line rebuild along the same alignment. Great work done by Team Rachel!
