In June of 2023 Rachel was awarded this two phase rebuild of the existing Burnsville Hyundai dealership. The goal of this project was to build a new structure for the client on the same property while keeping them up and running. This included part of the new building going where the old one was currently standing. A new watermain and sanitary service were installed for the new building. Under the new parking lot, Rachel installed a 60″ CMP underground stormwater system. The first half of the new space will be completed just after the new year 2024. After the occupants relocate to their new home, Rachel will begin to demo the rest of the old building with the remaining site work wrapping up the Summer/Fall of 2024.
