Restoration of the storm-damaged shoreline and protection of the observation deck on the shores of Lake Superior for the City of Duluth. The work included the removal of a large observation deck using a crane, construction of a poured in place concrete retaining wall, armoring the shoreline with two to four ton stone, then replacing the deck. There was also an upgrade made to the flagpole, the removal and replacement of a sign and anchor, along with landscape rock and some seeding for site restoration.
