The Kindeva Road project consisted of grade adjustments and traffic lane additions to accommodate the site development projects that are on going in the area. Rachel’s scope of work was to complete the bituminous removals and mass grading to sub-grade, which we then turned over to the City of Woodbury to complete the final street improvements. Like most projects, there were challenges that arose. Existing utilities in the ROW ditches that were scheduled to be moved prior to the project start were delayed, but the field crew did a great job working safely and efficiently to keep the project moving forward. The project was completed and turned over to the City prior to the scheduled completion date and within budget.
