Just blocks from our St. Michael, MN, office, Rachel was awarded the site work for this new produce distribution center. The project was slated to start as soon as Spring 2023 would allow. Unfortunately it took a few more weeks after frost out for the weather to cooperate, but was virtually smooth sailing there after. Rachel was also awarded the site utility package on this project. The site utility scope included watermain, sanitary and storm sewer. The site utilities were pretty straight forward with the sanitary being the more challenging task. The sanitary was just under 20 feet deep and three manholes had outside drops added. Laying the sanitary at this depth through a hill was challenging but the utility crew got the job done.
